How do I meet with Dr. Dobyns and what do I have to bring to my appointment?
If you would like an appointment with Dr. Dobyns and the other top physicians attending, please check the appropriate box on the registration form. There is a $35.00 surcharge to see the doctors. After we receive your registration form and payment, we will contact you to set up an appointment and inform you of all the necessary paperwork you will need to submit prior to the appointment.
