How Do I Mentally Prepare For My First Muay Thai Fight ?
everyone is different i know some guys just start picturing there opponent as the worst human on the face of the plant and how much they want to beat them, everyone has a approach that works best for them, personaly i just go over the technique, the game plan, and relax, i used to get so tense for wrestling matches i would gass in the first 2 mins, now i just dont think about anything particular and go out their and work things up as the fight progress, i am no much into the get” angry thing ” bc i find it drains me to much, i just dont think about anything
