How do I obtain a CDI number for a prospective customer?

CDI numbers can only be obtained by eligible employees and retirees. The CDI numbers are obtained by going to the Chrysler Employee Advantage Web site at www.ea.chrysler.com (or just click the Employee Advantage button at top right on this page). Once at the site, select your correct status – Chrysler employee, Chrysler retiree or Cerberus Capital Management employee – then input your Chrysler ID number, date of birth and corporate service date. After logging in, you will see a “Certain Designated Individual (CDI)” tag line on the left side of the page. Click the CDI tag line to reach the page to enter your customer information and receive your CDI number. 2008 Chrysler 300C Note: For security reasons, the CDI tag line is only visible to eligible employees and retirees. If you login as an ineligible employee or retiree, the CDI tag line will not be visible to you. If you are unable to access the Web site, call the Employee Advantage hotline at 1-800-756-2886 to obtain a control number.
