How do I obtain a copy of the Coroners docket, autposy results, toxicology results and other information regarding a death investigation?
Please call our office at 920-683-4008 and ask to speak to the Coroner. For most requests you will need to request specific information in writing. Family’s are provided one copy of this information without cost. For other agencies and individuals there is a fee for this service. We do not fax this information, we typically use USPS. Photographs are not provided without a court order to release the photos.
