How do I obtain a list of architects, engineers, land surveyors, and landscape architects registered in Alaska?
You may search our database by using the “List of Licensees” button on the AELS home page. Use the following codes in the query boxes: Board: AEL for individual licensees or AEC for corporate licensees. License type: If you want to specify a certain license type, use A for Architects, L for Land Surveyors, H for Chemical Engineers, C for Civil Engineers, E for Electrical Engineers, M for Mechanical Engineers, N for Mining Engineers, P for Petroleum Engineers and S for Landscape Architects. If you do not specify a license type, you will see a roster of licensees in alphabetical order by last name. Only current licenses will be displayed. License suspensions and other disciplinary actions are not always shown. Contact the division to find out if disciplinary action has been taken against a specific license.
