How do I obtain a paternity test if the mother or I dont want to see each other?
A girl that I slept with had a child. She also slept with others as well. I want to do a paternity test and termination of parental rights. She and I do not want to see each other if possible. How do I do a paternity test without her present? What all goes into a termination of parental rights if both parties are for it. She wants me to sign over rights if the child is mine and I have agreed but I’m not sure how to go about that.
