How do I obtain a permit to conduct a parade on City property?
Applicants must complete the Parade Permit Application and submit the paperwork through the Managing Director’s Office – Special Events Department. Parade Permit Applications must be submitted at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the event date. Please note that applications received within the fourteen (14) day window are subject to disapproval. The permit itself, once approved, is issued by the Department of Licenses and Inspections.
