How do I opt out of receiving text message reminders?
There are two ways you can opt to not receive text message reminders: • Uncheck the text message box that appears in that specific note’s reminder. You can do this by clicking on the bell icon next to that reminder on the Jott website or Jott Express, unchecking the text message box and saving the changes. • Reply to any text message you have received from Jott with STOP, but be very careful when you select this option, as you will no longer be able to receive ANY text message sent through the Jott service, including ones contacts may be trying to send you.
