Print out and complete the order form. The order form can be found by clicking here. After the form has been filled out, mail a copy to the Office of the State Auditor. CTAS is also available by downloading the program from the State Auditor's website. Click here to go to the CTAS web page, where you can find downloads, documentation and other CTAS information.
