How do I overcome my addiction to anti depression pills that make me want to kill myself?
Pills always make it worse. Maybe come off them with something else, ask your doctor is there is something else you could possibly take that wouldn’t make you feel so bad. Then eventually in time try and come off everything completely. If you ever feel bad, do some charity work, it’ll make you feel better about what you have and help out the community. Whenever you’re around people worse off than you in life you can’t help but feel thankful for what you do have, however little that may be. Go abroad and do charity work, the things you see there will literally absorb you and hopefully you can overcome your depression. I hope you feel better soon!
Just always pray to lord to forgive sins of all humans along with me And only He is MOST MERCIFUL.offcourse many people use antideppressant pills because of some mental problems but i have felt that what ever u have done in ur past will effect ur present and future.so to have a good future u must overcome ur past and try always to improve ur present so it will directly effect ur future.Shortly if you at present sow an apple seed in a piece of land in the future u will get an apple tree.you will never get say a banana tree or any bananas from that apple seed.so what ever u do try to calculate the result first and then make decision accordingly.if the result is bad…
