How do I prevent veins from appearing in my hands when lifting weights?

Hi, there

Build a body is a lot harder then it looks, but I won’t go there now…
You see, we humans have (around) 28 teeth in the mouth of which 4 to eat meat and 24 to eat vegetables and fish therefor you should eat, in 8 meals, 1 time meat and 7 times fish and vegetables, that will make you blood less dense and able to flow better, with the time it will make your vines to decrease size (probably not completely but you will see the difference)
Also you should use realy lower weight or like me, none, it will make your muscles more consistent but they won’t get bigger so fast,
even so I prefer consistent muscles then big muscles
I hope I’ve helped =)

Venous engorgement of the arms is common with a lot of weight bearing exercise especially with heavy weights or long-term lifting and it’s more noticeable with age. Check out Madonna’s arms for an example. Some things that you can do which can help reduce it are: 1) Do lower weight, possibly with more repetitions. 2) Stretch the arm, shoulder, and chest very thoroughly in a full range of motion both before and after weightlifting. 3) While stretching you might try to gently “milk” the arm along the veins in an upward motion back towards your body to encourage blood return. If you do this it could pay off to actually look at a map of the normal venous anatomy of the arm (ex. cephalic, basilic, axillary). Don’t do this too much though since the act of applying pressure to the vein and the tissues around it actually creates a slight inflammatory response which makes the vein temporarily more noticeable. 4) You could try arm wraps: bandages (“ACE wraps”) around your hands, wrists, and arms
