Click on the Printer Icon Click on the MORE button Select Next Calibration under the heading Reports With Grouped Data Select the sort under Sort Data (most common is Equipment ID) In the Filter On: section scroll down to Next Calibration and select it In the Due by: section enter the date you want the report to include. For example: If you want the month of November enter 11/30/02). Note: Any tools/gages past due will also appear on the report. Click on the Execute button to produce the report Click on the Print icon to print the report Note: Currently the Ascending or Descending feature is not working. The records are always sorted in ascending order. When codes (Department, Location, Procedure, Status) are added and then viewed from the Data Entry Screen they do not appear.
