How Do I Print My Favorites Listing?

Web browser Bookmarks (also known as “Favorites” in Microsoft Internet Explorer) let you save any website address in your browser for quick access at any time. You can even organize your bookmarks—rename them, create topic folders, and add notes, for instance. By default, all this valuable information is only available on the computer and specific browser you saved the bookmarks in, but with a few extra steps you can export your bookmarks to a file that can be saved on any computer, as well as printed. Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer. Click “File,” then “Import and Export.” A dialog box will open. Select the “Export to a file” button and then click “Next.” Click the box next to “Favorites” so that a check mark appears and then click “Next.” Click “Favorites” to select all Favorites to export, or click on an individual Favorites folder to select specific Favorites. Click “Next.” Type or browse to the location you want to save the file, then click “Export.” A new screen will appear.
