Trades Recognition Australia has a Customer Satisfaction Form for you to complete to assist us in responding to your issue. All comments will be reviewed in a timely and efficient manner, within 28 days. Comments will be handled fairly and justly and in a consistent manner, with the understanding that individuals providing comments should not be disadvantaged by the process.
