I want to learn the English language, what would be the best way about becoming fluent?

First thing you need is, group of minimum 4-5 persons who knows the English language very well, it’s your friend circle or Facebook group, where you can practice and learn more.

Than, you use many tutorials or take help form You-tube etc.

  1. Watch DVDs rather than TV. It’s better to use something that you can watch over again to catch information you might have missed the first time.\
  2. Newspapers are a good place to find passive constructs. Read through an article and see if you can find the passive sentences.
  3. Use English whenever you can. It’s as simple as that!

First of all, reading a lot is a great idea and it’s very useful. Write, practice writing as much as you can, try to write own articles, stories. There are a lot of ways by which you can improve your English, but I would suggest you find good language courses abroad, it’s the most effective way. Based on my personal experience, I recommend you this website https://linguatrip.com/en/english/
