• “001” is the first batch produced in manufacturing facility for each month. • • Month Code: A=January B=February C=March D=April E=May F=June G=July H=August J=September ( “I” is not used because it can be confused with #1 ) K=October L=November M=December • Manufacturing Facility: E = Elberton T = Terrell W = Wylie • The batch number is assigned and recorded in the batch log, traceable to each raw material, and linked to all QC data on the finished product.
