How do I receive funding from the Iowa Arts Council?
Schools may be eligible for funding through the Iowa Arts Council’s “EZ 1-2-3 Arts Education Grants.” Visit www.iowaartscouncil.org and click ‘funding’ for more information. EZ 1-2-3 Arts Education Grants support eligible organizations to hire a Teaching Artist from the IAC’s Teaching Artists Roster, to provide students hands-on arts education-related experience in a school. Please note that not all of these artists are on the teaching artist roster – therefore, some schools may not be eligible for funding. Additionally – be sure to check out the ‘Print all guidelines for this grant!’ located on the right hand side of the EZ 1-2-3 Grant website. Schools will need to wait until October 1 to apply for funding, the announcement of selected schools and artists.
