How do I reformat a computer and install my operating system?

Yes the recovery disks that came with your computer should reinstall a factory image of your Windows OS & software. Just follow the instructions that show on screen & you will need to update the drivers and the OS. You will also need to get rid of all the trial software again. Good Luck!  more
