How do I reformat a external hard drive that is ntfs to fat32 in windows 7?

Fat32 will not work on windows 7 as a system, if your windows 7 is stored on the external hard drive, don’t format it. We can do it alone by just Start>Computer>Select a Hard Disk(Right Click)>Format. You could choose whether you want FAT32, or NTFS. You can do it really alone…using Microsoft utilities that comes with Windows 7. If you want advanced one, Go to Start, Type Disk Management, then press enter. You could press extend partition on a hard drive by right clicking, shrink its volume, etc. Don’t forget if you got a free space or Unallocated space after Shrinking (or) its not used already, just right click on it and create New Simple Volume. Wow! FAT,NTFS,or FAT32 even choose-able and you can even assign a letter of your hard drive.
