How do I register a group for the Foursquare NextGen Summit ‘07?

All group registrations must be made: Online: Online group registration can be made at www.foursquare.org/nextgensummit By Mail: A separate form must be included for each registrant with payment information. Submit all group registration forms as one submission to the registrar at the same time, in one package, via U.S. mail. Mail registrations to: Foursquare NextGen Summit ‘07 175 S. West Temple, Suite 140 Salt Lake City, UT 84101 By Fax: Fax all group registration forms as one submission to the registrar at 801.355.8019. Please submit a cover sheet with a list of all names included in your group registration, as well as separate forms for each of the registrants. If you are paying by check, please mail the check to the address above. Your registration will not be complete until payment and consent forms are received.
