Online bill pay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. For first time visitors, click on the Register button on the left hand side. You will need your last name (as it appears on your bill) and your account number (found in the upper right hand corner of your bill). If you need assistance registering for an account, please contact Nebraska Public Power District at 1-877-ASK- NPPD (1-877-275-6773). • I forgot my userid/password. If you forgot your userid/password, just click the Register button to create a new account. • Can I change my password? Yes, access the online bill pay feature and click on the Reset Password button on the left hand side of the screen. • Is my information secure?
