How do I register for sales tax / obtain a resale certificate?
You can register for sales and use tax online by selecting “Register now!” on the Department of Revenue’s e-Services webpage: www.myflorida.com/dor/eservices/. Or you can download the form by selecting “Download current forms” from the Forms page of our website: www.myflorida.com/dor/forms/. When the Department has processed your application, we will send you a certificate of registration and an annual resale certificate.
