How do I remove Hunter Douglas horizontal blinds?
Remove the BlindsRemove the bottom rail of the blinds from the hold-down brackets located on the windowsill. Use the cords to pull the blinds all the way up to the head rail at the top of the windowsill. Lock the blinds in position. Unscrew the screws holding the lower brackets in place on the windowsill using a Phillips head screwdriver. Take the tilting wand off the hook located on the head rail, and set it aside. Disengage the head rail from the brackets at the top of the windowsill by grabbing it with both hands at either end of the head rail and first pushing up, then pulling back towards you. Remove the blind completely.
