How do I repair a punctured Therm-a-Rest® mattress?
Our Fast & Light® Repair Kit and instructions offer nearly instantaneous repairs for all mattresses except for LuxuryCamp™ and DreamTime™ mattresses which have knit tops. Our Universal Repair Kit contains a special HotBond adhesive along with instructions for repairing these mattresses. The Universal kit also contains a green, self-adhesive patch for NeoAir™ and Trail™ mattresses that have smooth, urethane top coats. Should you find yourself without access to Therm-a-Rest Repair Kits, repairs can also be made using items commonly found at most outdoor gear shops. (Remember that for maximum effectiveness, ALL of the below repairs should begin with a clean and dry mattress.
