How do i repair my Servis 1100rpm Washing machine?

When i turn on my Washing machine, it makes a loud clunking noise for about 10 seconds. Then it stops the clunking and seems to continue its cycle as normal. However during the cycle at certain points, it makes the clunking noise again. I have also noticed that the water isnt emptying out of the drum. Is this related to the clunking, or a seperate issue? Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!
