How do I replace a kitchen faucet spray hose?

PreparationShut the water supply off before replacing the spray hose; it will keep you from getting soaked. Reach under the sink, and turn the hot and cold shutoff valves clockwise or to the right to turn the water off. Turn the faucet handles on to remove water pressure out of the lines.Disconnect HoseTrace the sprayer hose to the underneath side of the faucet. Completely loosen the retaining nut with a pair of pliers. Loosening the nut frees the hose from the faucet. Grasp the sprayer head on the top side of the sink and pull; the sprayer and hose will come out.Replace HoseTurn the sprayer head counterclockwise to remove it from the hose, and connect the new hose to the sprayer head. Slide the hose through the top side of the sink, and connect the end to the faucet in the same place from where you disconnected the old one.
