You may be able to turn it by hand. Try to remove it with your hands or a big wrench. Then, take the busted piece to Home Depot and find a replacement. You’ll need to loosen other joints on pipes under the sink as well to remove it. They should slide up and down when loosened so you can remove the faulty piece. The straight one that goes down into the floor can slide farther down if loosened at the joint. Now, you can remove the one under the sink. That may be the only other joint that you have to loosen. The last one where it goes into the floor. A kitchen sink pipes are usually 1 1/2″ and a bathroom sink is usually 1 1/4″. Some pipes are plastic and some are metal. Home Depot has both types and both sizes of pipe. You may have to cut a piece to make it smaller to fit. Good luck.
