How do I report a traffic signal outage or malfunction?

Of the 74 traffic signal systems at intersections throughout the Village and on our boarders, 40 are maintained by the State, 10 are maintained by Cook County, and 24 are maintained by Village personnel. To report a signal malfunction, please call us at 847.368.5800 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of those hours, please call 847.368.5300.
