A. You should report your card lost or stolen immediately by: Calling the 800 number on the back of your card and following the automated instructions or; Going to the website to place your card on hold or; Calling the 800 number on the back of your card and asking for assistance from our Customer Service Help Desk. Your Fastcard ATM Card will be deactivated and you can then register for your Fastcard Visa Prepaid Card, if you have not done so already.
