How do I request a FOX5 on-air personality for a speaking engagement?

You can request a speaker by filling out the Public Appearance Request Form (see attached) at least 6 weeks prior to your event. Due to the high demand of public appearance requests all applications can not be approved. FOX5 reserves the right to cancel a public appearance if the information is incorrect, changed or modified without prior written notice. FOX5 reserves the right to cancel and or reschedule a public appearance due to breaking news. All pubic appearance requests MUST go through this process. Please do not contact on air personalities directly. A public appearance by a FOX5 personality does not guarantee promotion or coverage of the event. Your requests will be reviewed and an approval letter or email will be sent within 7 to 10 working days, if approved. Submit your request form to terri.peck@fox5vegas.com or fax to 702.451.4220.
