Generic accounts can be created for University assets that need managing, such as a room, building, vehicle, laptop, shared calendars, or other physical entities. Generic accounts can also be created for University organizations or positions to communicate internally or externally via email (e.g., department accounts such as helpdesk@boisestate.edu or printing@boisestate.edu). These types of accounts can be requested by emailing the Help Desk at helpdesk@boisestate.edu Please include the owner of the account (point of contact), preferred email address, and display name (how you want the first and last name to look in the Contacts list).
