How do I return my firearm to SIG SAUER for warranty repair or elective services?
All firearms shipped to SIG SAUER require a service request number and the serial number of the firearm. This number can be obtained by calling our customer service group (603-772-2302 Ext. #3). A customer service representative will guide you though this process. Please have your serial number ready when calling. Firearms received without a Service Request number will be refused and returned to the sender.
