YSM TACs have a separate User Access Profile Report process administered by ITS Med Systems Support. After you have successfully run the User Access Profile Reports, please use these basic guidelines below to assist you in interpreting these reports before requesting any access changes. Due to the complicated nature of the shared access domains (see about Domains and Access Orgs), requested YAS changes for an individual should be thoughtfully reviewed and clustered together, whenever possible. Avoid numerous piecemeal small access changes to the same individual. If an individual requires Oracle responsibility or function changes, see Oracle Responsibilities.
