• Click on the VuRoom system tray icon. • Click on “Schedule Event” in the menu. Enter the meeting details in the VuRoom popup and click “Continue”. • Choose your Skype contacts, enter email ids to send invites and click on “Create” to schedule a VuRoom conference.
