How do I set up my automatic payment drafts to include additional funds to be applied directly to my principal balance?
If you would like additional principal payments to be drafted from your account, we can schedule a fixed principal payment to be drafted along with your monthly payment. Simply log on to My Mortgage Info, click on the Autodraft Payment section. Then choose Change Automatic Draft Payment Information and add the amount you would like drafted for principal in the Additional Principal field.
