How do I set up salaried employees who are paid only 10 months of the year (teachers)?
To set up a salaried employee who works only a partial year, first multiply out the earnings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.) as if the employee works the whole year. Enter this annualized amount into employee’s record (with the Employee Pay Period), so the correct salary appears on each paycheck.
