How do I setup EZ-Forms objects (background graphics, text boxes, data fields, etc.) so that they are visible on screen, but do not print.?

You must be in the form design mode (.FRM). Right click on the object. If you want the object to print, the Printable option is checked (default.) If you do not want the object to be visible on screen, but not print, then uncheck the box by clicking on Printable. This feature is quite handy if you: – are printing to pre-printed forms – suppress printing of the background image – want to put information on screen for the benefit of the person filling out the form – want to use colored boxes or lines to highlight important information This feature is in addition to the print fields only (File-Print Fields) and pop-up help features of certain versions of EZ-Forms (Silver PRO and Gold ULTRA.
