Road Runner High Speed Internet is a cable Internet service provider. The company is a division of Time Warner Cable but it also contracts its service to other companies. If you are a Road Runner subscriber, you can use Outlook Express, a free email client created by Microsoft, to send and receive email. Contact Road Runner technical support and ask for your email server settings. These vary depending on where you are located. You will need both the incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server addresses. Open Outlook Express. Click "Tools" and "Accounts." Select "Add" and choose "Mail" as the type of account that you would like to add. Enter your display name and click "Next." This is the name that will be displayed when you send email. On the next screen, enter your complete Road Runner email address and click "Next" again.
