How do I specify a group based on 2 digit Alleles (e.g., a serological group such as A2)?

In the Loci/Alleles section select “specify mismatches and alleles” for HLA-A, and enter 02 in the donor allele 1 text box. This specifies that the query should return any donor recipient pairs that has at least one A*02 allele on the donor side. The same can be done with the recipient and or for both donor and recipient. For example, if you want to display all donor recipient pairs with A*02/A*03 for both alleles, you just enter both in the donor and the recipient allele text boxes 02 and 03. Additional control over allele level matching is provided by using the three radio buttons located in the Overall Mismatch section.
