How do I start the canal barge thing on Runescape?

The barge dosent take you anywhere yet, and since jagex never release any hints about when somethings gonna be out exept on the first day of the month (in the behind the scenes posts) noone will be able to tell you. As for what you mean by start the thing, the closest thing to starting it would be to get kudo's up in the varrock museum, which will be required when the barge IS used for an update.  more
