How do i stop my dogs hair getting matted?
brushing it everyday would really help or take her to the groomers also,i would say bather her,but wait until she is recovered from surgery when you bathe her,use some conditioner(for dogs of course) and brush her with the conditioner is on to remove some matting,and brush her after the bath too a shedding blade or a slicker brush and is also good for long haired dogs or find another type of brush,just talk to someone at a petstore i love springer spaniels:) i just adopted a springer/lab mix 2 weeks ago hope i helped
