How do I stop old emails forwarding to gmail account, but recieve new ones from a hotmail address?

0

Not sure if hotmail allows it, but you need to somehow enable POP3 for all new mail in your hotmail account. Then go into Gmail, under Accounts and Import tab in Settings, and click the Add POP3 Email Account button. This will lead you through a process that will then allow you to access your hotmail emails directly off the server through Gmail. This means all new emails in hotmail will also appear in gmail.
