With every border I have ever put up and removed, if you just grab ahold of the edge of the border while it's dry and pull, the border comes loose from the "backing" where the paste is, leaving a thin film of paper. If you moisten that paper with a sponge the paste lets go very easily and you can almost wipe the whole thing off with a sponge. They've done this many times on HGTV if you ever watch it. Borders just aren't exactly like wallpaper for some reason. Wallpaper is much harder to remove. Good luck!!  more
