How do I submit a problem report form that involves a Core Dump?
In order to provide useful information to the Java technology on Alpha team at HP, core dumps must be analyzed at the customer site using the Ladebug debugger. There are often dependencies on libraries (such as Oracle libraries, etc.) installed at the customer site that the support team can not easily replicate. Without these libraries, the Ladebug debugger is prevented from extracting any information. You will need to enter the following Ladebug commands that provide information about the stack trace, the active function’s variables, and detailed information about the threads. When you have completed these steps, place the output in a file and submit it along with your problem report form.
