How do I submit special requests, i.e. roll away bed, non-smoking rooms, and adjoining rooms, for my hotel reservation?
On customer Information Page which is the page after ‘Reviewing Hotel Information’ you can insert your special request which is under ‘Room Preferences and Special Requests’ header. While every effort will be made to accommodate your request we are not able to guarantee. We recommend that you confirm your special request with the hotel upon checking-in. Any charges are to be paid directly to the hotels. Please note that special requests will be communicated to the hotels and they are not guaranteed.
