Easy-peasy. Here’s what you need to do: • open your smile cash ISA • tell us you want to transfer an existing cash ISA to your smile cash ISA. Of course, we’ll be delighted! Just complete the transfer form in your welcome pack or send us a secure message with these details: • Your smile cash ISA account number • Existing cash ISA account number • Name and address of existing ISA provider • How much you want to transfer: a) The entire balance b) All of the current years subscriptions and/or c) Part of the subscriptions from previous years. Please state amount. • After they’ve transferred your funds, the money should be sitting pretty in your new smile cash ISA in about 4 working days. The HM Revenue & Customs rules mean your provider has up to 30 days to complete the transfer, but they’re usually a lot quicker than that.
