How do I transfer mice between two OLAC facilities (e.g. LSA-6 Suite to the NAF)?
The investigator must complete and turn in a “transfer request form” to OLAC b) After receiving confirmation of the transfer request, The PI will complete one green transfer card per cage to be transferred. Place the “requisition #” on the green cards prior to placing the cards on the cages to be moved. Note: The “requisition #” must be included on the green transfer cards or the cages may not be transferred. This number is included on the “confirmation of transfer request” email the PI receives from OLAC. The number is located in both the subject and body of the email.
