How do I transfer ownership of an account to another (mt) Media Temple customer?
There are two types of Account Transfer of Ownership: “In Contact” or “Not in Contact.” If you are “In Contact” with the listed owner of the (mt) Media Temple account, you will need to fill out the Account Transfer Letter With Account owner Agreement – In Contact. You can also have the listed owner forward you the AccountCenter login information, and then edit the existing owner Contact information, see instructions here. If you are “Not In Contact” with the listed owner, then proof will need to be provided by the new owner while filling out the Account Transfer Letter With Account owner Agreement – Not In Contact.
