How do I unlock OrgPlus while behind a firewall?
Sometimes the failure to complete the registration or unlocking process may be due to a Proxy server or firewall security feature located on the end users local network. To complete the product registration/unlock process unplug the computer from the network before attempting to unlock OrgPlus (The network cable resembles a phone cable, only slightly wider). This will enable OrgPlus to bypass the Proxy server and move forward with the unlock process. Please be sure to plug the network cable back into the computer once this process has been completed If you are unsure which cable is the network cable, please ask your IT staff for assistance.
