Go to https://apps.uillinois.edu/selfservice/ and log in with your EnterpriseID and Password Select Registration & Records, then Student Records and Transcripts, and then View Academic History Select the Transcript Level and Type and then click Submit Along the top, outer, Internet window, click the File tab, then Save As Save the file to your Desktop (or other easily locatable place) If the file is on your Desktop, you may also be able to convert the document to a PDF file by right clicking on the document and then selecting ‘Convert to Adobe PDF’ • Log in to SCS Symplicity and click on documents along the top of the page • Click the Add New button Complete the requested information and upload the appropriate document • Click the Submit button (your document will automatically be converted to a PDF) • Once your document has been approved by our office, you will receive an e-mail.
